The purpose of the guidelines is to provide instructions for the use of Integrated Project Management/Version Control Software (IPM/VC), otherwise known as the “ticketing system.” There are two main components to the IPM/VC, including: 1) a web-accessible map (or web map), and 2) a customized Zendesk ticketing system. The web map is used for viewing and downloading Shape B, and other GIS data that can be used to inform the evaluation of fire threat tier boundaries, and for posting and viewing versions of submitted GIS data from different regions of California as defined by utility service territories. The ticketing system is a web-based platform used to facilitate and archive communication interactions between different groups participating in the development of Fire Map 2. This document will be updated periodically based on user feedback. Updates will be available at the Ticketing system home page.
